Note: the return policy below applies to apparel and most accessories; due to the nature of the item, returns and exchanges are not permitted on the fusion/FACE MASK.

We are happy to assist with an exchange or provide a full refund within 30 days of your purchase from our website.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn (other than trying on the garment), with tags attached.

If damage appears from normal use while using the item, please contact us so we can take the steps to correct the problem and work with you on a replacement.

Return shipping is complimentary when using our shipping label provided after contacting our customer care team.

To initiate a return, follow these steps

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't - perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you - we'll send you a new size, color, style, or issue you a refund. As long as the item meets the requirements of our Hemp Black Return and Exchange Policy, you may exchange or return by following the steps below. Domestic returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label.

Return Process

1. Send an email to our returns team

To begin your return process, please email with a subject line that includes your order number and if you are requesting a return or exchange. EXAMPLE: “ORDER XXXX RETURN” for a return or “ORDER XXXX EXCHANGE” for an exchange.

Be sure to include the following in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you would like to return/exchange
  • Reason for the return/exchange

2. Check your inbox

A member of our Customer Care team will reach out with a prepaid UPS or USPS label or additional questions/answers as necessary to ensure a prompt and successful return. Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for domestic returns and exchanges.

3. Prepare your package

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slip.

Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other shipping labels are showing.

4. Ship it

When your package is ready, drop if off at your selected carrier.

What happens next?

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Exchange orders are sent as soon as we have processed your return and you will receive a confirmation email of the new order with tracking details.

NOTE: We don't refund original shipping and handling charges.
